Goodnight , I just wanted to give my feedback on your concentrated vitamin C serum. To begin with the positive, it absorbs into my skin very nicely and leaves somewhat of a more radiant look just before applying my moisturizer. It also pairs nicely with all my moisturizers , is not too harsh and has improved my skin. However , I do have a complaint about the packaging. The fact that the serum had a liquid consistency, the pump does not squirt it properly and it tends to spray it in unwanted directions when I’m trying to apply it directly to my skin. I find that I have to apply it to my hands first , then my skin to try to avoid wasting product, yet even doing this does not make it better as it runs down my hand and product is still wasted. I personally would recommend switching the packaging to one that has a dropper (similar to your kojic acid topical serum) could make application much easier and less product is wasted. I do hope that u take this into consideration.
